In my teaching I combine the approach of classical music, which I studied, with the modern vocal technique CVT (Complete Vocal Technique) and the latest recommendations of the Berklee Institute of Music. I also include exercises from speech therapy to ensure a healthy singing technique. Children can start their vocal lessons at the age of 10. I love to create individual schedules for every kid, based on my several years of experience with children's choirs.
Singers need their complete body to reach their full vocal potential. Therefore my class consists of five elements:
- Improving technical skills
- Systematic building of muscles
- Developing songs
- Singing and performing songs
- Training mindfulness (incl. self-perception, dealing with nervousness and fear)
